Identifying the reason for an alert sign in an itinerary leg

Description

Itinerary search for a future route may show a warning triangle from a disruption, which is not yet active (present time is not included in the time range of the alert). User cannot easily find out why the warning sign is shown. For example, disruption tab of the route page will not show it. Plan how the required information can be accessed in a user friendly way.

Traffic now section should show all disruptions. User should see timestamps of all disruptions OR disruption should be divided into two rows: ongoing and upcoming. (Note: timestamp data is also used to control visibility of disruption on other systems so begin and end date is often useless information for passenger)
